Sex scandal involving the old man who is preying on male-male relationship healthy and young discredit male-male age-gap in the public mind, says Joseph Dispenza, author of new book, “the young Man/old: a love story.”
“Every time sex scandal pedophilia, as the Penn State University, hit the news, strengthen the bias in our culture to the age gap relationships,” said Dispenza.
Of course, what happened at Penn State and what is going on so many Church sacristies between adults and children are despicable and immoral, Dispenza said.
“But every time a new scandal was found, it shines light on all of the relationships between the disapproving men who love across the generations.
