City Council to hold hearing on restaurant inspections complaints

“I am troubled by a wave of complaints Board has received from the restaurant-even people who get A-about justice and inconsistencies of the food safety inspection process,” said Council Speaker Christine c. Quinn in the announcement along with Maria del Carmen Arroyo, Chair of the Board of the Health Committee, which has maintained control of the Ministry of health.

Results of the survey – which asked about the experience with the Inspectors, the Administrative Court, and the cost of paying a fine and restaurant consultant to minimize those fines will be used to set the agenda of the Assembly, said a spokesman, Zoe Tobin.
